Chicken Thighs have always been a weeknight staple for us. They’re incredibly versatile, quick to cook, and thankfully they’re pretty hard to screw up. With these pasture-raised thighs, they’re not just easy - they’re shockingly flavorful. Our chickens live outside and use their legs which causes the thighs to become meatier and more flavorful than the industrial counterpart.
